The other day, I popped into TheDryBar to get a blow-out and saw an uber-chic patron sporting a long, sleeveless waistcoat/vest dealie over black cropped pants and a blouse. I could not stop staring at her outfit. She looked so put-together, channeling the likes of these lovelies:
