OK, I am totally in love with two cover-up brands this season: Mikoh and 9Seed. I am having serious buyer’s indecision with regards to which styles to purchase but I want them all. The top contenders —

I am, if you can’t tell, into the gauzey texture these brands boast, and I have had this J. Crew top in a similar fabric in my cart for awhile, imagining I’d pair with simple denim or jean shorts. J. Crew makes a button-down style in the same fabric, too, if that’s more your vibe, and Gap has a really cute collarless variation (love the hot pink). Upgrade pick: this style from Xirena.

I am loving the idea of these breezy styles paired with sleek, strappy The Row-inspired footwear. The balance feels just right, and modern, and sophisticated to me. The Row had a pair of sandals called “The Bare Sandals” a season or two ago (still available in a fun yellow color here) that I so wish I’d snagged!
