I’ve spotted a lot of fabulously textured pieces so far this season — think mohair, shearling, sherpa, faux fur — and I’m smitten. (And I’ve already covered my obsession with velvet bows.) Take a gander:

Lust List: The Ultimate Textured Covet Piece
This Yves Salomon reversible sherpa jacket ($2,298) is ULTRA.
Budget Buy: The Wallet-Friendly Textured Piece
Even though I included a handful of budget-friendly pieces in the roundups above, I had to showcase this stunning $60 mohair turtleneck sweater. THE BEST. I love the slouchy fit, the slightly blouson-y sleeves, the stark black color. (This camel colored cashmere-blend is also up my alley.)
My Top Pick: The Textured Anthro Sweater
I must have this fun, soft-sleeved sweater from Anthro ($98). Incidentally, how much do you love the model’s blunt bangs?! Makes me want mine back…
But there’s more: jackets!
Finally, a handful of other textured jackets:
+This $128 collarless jacket is a steal — I’m obsessed.
+Teddy bear coats are very in right now, but I’m not crazy crazy about the pale brown they typically come in. This gray color is more up my alley.
+I feel like I could live in this coatigan.
P.S. There were a lot of bucket bags featured in the roundup above — if those don’t give you the warm and fuzzies, but you like the on-trend shape, check out these beauties.
