Mansur, Monsieur.

By: Jen Shoop

UM.  This is going to be a rather unusual post for me, but I had to share a very quick mini-update to let you know that Moda Operandi is doing a pre-sale of the much-coveted Mansur Gavriel bags.  I saw them for a hot second on Net-A-Porter earlier this winter, but they sold like hotcakes (? is that an expression?), and then all I could find were long-winded, slightly stress-inducing articles like this one, which basically suggest: “Want a Mansur Gavriel bag?  Too bad.  Get in line.”  Welp, ladies, if you’re as nutso over these bags as I am, check yo’self before you wreck yo’self and get to Moda Operandi.

P.S. Note that some of the totes are less expensive than others, depending on the interior color/lining.  For example, this classic black style is $485, but others are up to $675.  Naturally, my favorite of the totes is the rose colored tote, which costs $675.  But ohhh so chic.  Also absolutely dying over the bucket bags.  Who knew?!  I had no idea I’d ever take a liking to the style — I used to think it looked so slouchy and dated.  But these puppies are just goowwwweeeerr-geous, darlin’.  I love love love the white one ($695).  Of course, the least practical thing you could ever buy.  White leather.  But, the heart wants what the heart wants.
