I totally concur with Jen re: Who What Wear … I have a couple of ruffled white blouses from that line as well as a very ladylike black midi circle skirt. Two thumbs up!

Can’t beat the price, and although it’s a leeeettle pirate shirt-y (Seinfeld reference!), I love the dramatic ruffles. Going to try it with some denim overalls soon!
Love all these items, I was on the search for the perfect velvet dress last winter and this is a good start for this year’s hunt!
Also, my sister just recently told me about Target’s Who What Wear line, which makes those velvet sandals, they have the best stuff! They made the top I borrowed from my sister and wore for my bday, I will definitely be checking their stuff out more!
I was going to say I LOVED that gingham top on you! So chic and flattering. I just ordered a sweater from that line, too — was excited to find a lot of fashionable but not, like, annoyingly trendy pieces. Will def be going back for more, too! xoxo
