In Ms. Pope’s honor, I will imagine myself rocking a dramatic winter white get-up in the form of an ecru sweater (Carven, $495) and stark white wide-legs (Apiece Apart, $380), and these slightly edge pearl earrings (Elizabeth Cole, $73). PS: Ecru and white make me swoon. Cap it off with some uber-impractical floral heels ($182).

Other pink coats worth checking out as alternatives: this oversized, of-the-moment Lovers + Friends find; this timeless Nicholas style; this textured cocoon version; this affordable Joa lovely; and this classic J. Crew style in the lilac/pink shade. This bank-breaker with a fur collar would be smashing, too.
