Bittersweet

Some more treats to consider for this amazing transition-to-fall weather we’ve been having (please, let it stay a little longer!), in a range of autumnal, bittersweet colors — first, can the price tag on this luxe-looking weekender possibly be correct ($70)?!  I need this in my life.  And I’ll take it in black and cognac.

Now, a pair of  bespoke Stubbs + Wootten needlepoint slippers ($600) has long been on my lust list.  Of course, you gotta do it right with a personalized, monogrammed pair.

(All the cool girls own these.)  I love them in the navy — and speaking of which, I can’t help but love the combinations of gray, navy, and “cabernet” (in J. Crew speak) I’ve seen this season.  Wouldn’t you love the flats above with this patterned blouse (Joie, $338) with a great necklace (yes. — $52), and some skinnies?!

I’m also a big, big fan of a leather watch for fall.  This affordable style ($55) caught my eye..
